Techspace is the place where innovative and ambitious tech companies thrive. With locations in the heart of Europe’s key tech hubs and populated with like-minded businesses and enterprises, these are spaces built to create inspirational communities.

Play to your strengths
Since Techspace was founded in 2012 the workplace has changed and so have staff expectations. In the increasingly competitive and commoditised world of flexible offices, they were looking to leverage their background and heritage in the tech sector to become more than just an office space provider.
INSIGHT
A place to build a better world
Techspace believe that tech companies can make the world a better place and create a future we all want to be part of. And their role was clear, to use their experience and expertise to help nurture and encourage both scale-up and grown-up tech companies alike. To provide spaces for them to thrive, but also to be inspired. We wanted to capture this belief in an idea that is credible and unique. One that captures the zeitgeist, engages their target audience and motivates a young workforce.
IDEA
Where change-makers are made
'Where change-makers are made' speaks to the fact that Techspace is a place that actively supports, develops and nurtures dynamic, innovative and ambitious companies so they can make a positive difference. It's a confident statement that alludes to their market leadership, whilst also providing a clear direction and aspiration for both members and staff. The visual identity echoes this confident feel and takes inspiration from pixels and floor plans through the use of an invisible square grid. To ensure that the identity doesn't feel too clinical, we incorporated warm, playful illustrations which add personality to the brand, and developed a colour palette that feels bold but not overtly techy.
Working with I Am So Creative and Thisaway was one of my favourite project collaborations to date. The dynamic they bring is professional, creative and always good fun. The output is superb, they've covered all bases. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both of them to my friends, colleagues and peers.
